Pablo I don't know of the post but it's real simple I measured up 3/4" with the same spacing and drilled the same size hole, for spacers on the bottom I took a 1" hole saw and drilled 2 pieces out of nylon  hope this helps
When I bought my fairing from Wide Open I spoke to the owner and he said he was going to make a kit (spacers, screws, and template for drilling) that was at least a year ago I guess he changed his mind

ps my neighbor across the street bought one and put it on his 07 Pin without lowering the spedo

once again hope this helps

I am in the process of installing a Wide Open Customs fairing and it came with instructions and pics of what to do.
Just add 3/4" spacers under the triple tree, then the gauge bracket, then longer bolts.
Also before you install it, you have to drill two new holes 3/4" up from the holes that mount the bracket to the front of the trees.
I may still have the illustration and instructions out in the garage. If I find them I will post a pic.

I bought my WOC fairing from a private party and it didn't come with instructions.  However, I just emailed WOC and they sent them to me.

What the instructions say is basically what everyone here have already posted.

Very simple installation.  If WOC is thinking of making a mounting kit, it would make it that much simpler.
