Ya, it's looking to be that way.
I saw a few that were for sale, but that was a few months ago.
Thanks.

Looks like these things are hard to come by. Haven't had any luck finding anyone that wants to sell theirs.
So I went ahead and got one.
Can't wait to see how it makes the bike look. But more importantly, I'm waiting so see how it deflects the wind compared to my basic windshield.
Thanks.

I ordered mine last week, cant wait for it to come in so I can have it painted and installed. Going to relocate the ignition switch into it. I let you know how it went, and I will give detailed instructions on what I did, that goes for anything that I may do wrong as well so no one else runs into the same issues

Not a bad idea about moving the ignition switch onto the fairing.
Look forward to your experience.

As Promised, I got my fairing and did the install of it and moved the ignition switch. The pictures are here...
http://s251.photobucket.com/albums/gg297/kenpapa/Fairing%20How%20To/
I would like to go on record and say that I have been an aircraft electrician for 18+ years and have lots of experience doing this. If you don't know what you are doing, do not try this, you could really screw something up.
The pictures are not in order yet, and I need to add some captions to them, but for the most part what I did was bought an extension cable for my ignition switch and cut it in half. I used half for inside of the fairing and half for the connection under the fuel tank. I found a trailer cable with 5 wires on it at Walmart and spliced one of each to each half of the ignition cables. This allowed for easy removal of the fairing if I ever chose to do so (which I did this weekend). Drilling the hole for the switch was the toughest part. I recommend having your speakers and speaker covers installed when you do this, so as not to short change yourself. I actually dtilled mine a hair to high, but it works good. I started with a 1" wood hole drill and then dremeled out the rest, a little at a time. I got it to just big enough that I had to 'force' the switch through the hole. The tension alone holes it in place really good. As far as the other pictures, they are basically shots of me doing the work. It's all tore apart right now, cuz it's going in for paint tomorrow... YAAA. I will post when I have it back and everything is installed again. Oh, you will see in one of the pictures that the speedometer bracket does rub agains the fairing. To remedy that, you will have to drill new mount holes for your bracket. That is in some of the pictures as well. Good luck all.

You may have to rise your brackets on your forks a little higher so speedo will not hit, bring them up to within 1/8 inch of top tree.

Eurp,
Thanks for the advice, but I shoved the brackets all the way up, and the speedo still hit the fairing, so thats why I decided to reposition the bracket. Took it to paint yesterday.. cant wait for it to be done!!!

Eurp,
1) Remove the speedo from the bracket (if you have a windshield you need to remove that and you have to take the cover off the headlight to get to the wires)
2) Remove the bracket (4 bolts, 10mm socket for them)
3) Drill 2 new holes about an inch or so above the original braket holes. The holes you want to drill are above the hole for the FRONT BOLTS (I used a Craftsman cordless drill and titanium drill bits. Went through like a hot knife through butter)
4) Reinstall the bracket using only the front bolts. You may (I had to) have to slightly bend the metal guide that holds the cables in place. Once you see it, you will know what I mean. All you need to do is bend the wire loop part about 10 degrees toward the fender.
5) You have to replace your lower bolts with longer ones and some sort of spacer. I had some in my bins in the garage (I'm kind of a pack rat)
Tighten everything up, reinstall the speedo (dont forget to reconned the wires) and install the headlight cover and windshield (if applicable)
Your speedo will now be about an inch lower than when you started. The pictures for what I did are on the photobucket site.
Hope this helps.
Sean

No, I did all this when I installed over two and half years ago, I just though you may have found a different way to install. I have about a 1/4 clearance now. I followed the instruction from WOC for install, ecept I changed out washers for windsheild to the next size up
