The most useful mod I did was the garage door opener.  I hated having to dismount every time I departed or returned home to get into the garage.  The best looking mod was the LED turn signals.  They really clean up the look of the KP.

Who's turn signal  lights are those???

Kevin, the LED tail lights are Lazer Star brand.

Hey Kevin,
If I put on a PMRT, VFC, 438 cams and Slashness baffled pipes will this set up bring power close to yours? I don't think anybody around here are set up to machine the jugs.
 Thanks, onion.

Arlen Ness Drag bars, by far:

They totally changed the way the bike feels. My hands used to get sore and numb on long rides, (I think from leaning forward onto them) I had no idea that it was the handle bars, I just like the way the Ness bars looked. Now no more sore hands an unexpected surprise, the bike also is easier to handle at very low speed in tight turns.

Update 7-2-06 I have last week I added Victory Stage 1 slipons, Ness Airbox and a Lloydz. I have mixed feelings I appear to have gained some horsepower, the install was much easier than I had thought but the Stage 1 are much louder than I thought they would be. My hearing is funny after a ride and that would be too loud. I am hoping that they will mellow with age. If not I am thinking about putting the factory pipes back on.

Started with the Stage 1 kit with Arlen Ness pipes. Have since put on 12 " apes, leather "Big Bertha" type bags(got tired of wet leathers in those pin bags), And have just put a chopped tour pak from a
HD. I also had a tank bra made. I was starting to rub the paint off the tank with my legs. Gotta say...the pin makes a slick bagger! Oh, by the way, if you're looking for more options for handlebars the bars for a HD springer softail fit great. Hope it's allowed to mention the rivals. :)
